Color and Fit Not as Pictured

I bought this dress and, unfortunately, the top portion did not fit flush on my back as pictured. Note that I am the same build as the model. Also, the color was not as pictured. Not as pretty and the hue was "off". I sent it back, because I was disappointed and could not make it work without paying for additional alterations and settling for a misrepresented color.
