Very Sad

How can I review the VERSACE YELLOW DIAMONDS, Or the DRESS if I DIDN’T received !! The box was EMPTY, with bubble wrap and purchase ticket !! First time in the morning I called to complain about the empty box, the lady said ok, we deliver de Versace again, but the dress ( No more dress) !! I was so confused, and disappointed, with how she reacted… any way!! Few days later, I checked my account, and what a surprise.. They said : Keep your item! No need to return OMG !! As a customer for many years, I felt so sad !! But … I going to keep it up !!!!
