Clinique Happy

When I received the bottle the spray stream goes straight. It does not have a nice gentle spray. I can not use it and I tried to go to Macy's store and inquire for a return and they told me I was past my time to return and would not help me. I have this very expensive bottle and can not use it because the spray part does not spray properly. I am very unhappy with this service.
