Received wrong shirt in mail

Just received my package and the wrong shirt was sent! I checked the entire website on Lauren Ralph Lauren plus size, I could not locate the shirt they sent. Next I’ll call customer service.

Wrong shirt in mail

They sent the wrong shirt and when I called to fix the issue, they just gave me a refund without telling me I was told the right shirt would be sent to me. This is very upsetting as a loyal customer for over 20 years.
