Dishonest Sizing

Oh my how disappointing and I cannot return this item. I ordered a 14 short and it arrived and at best it is a 14 long if there was such a thing. It is at least 14 inches too long. It is a clearance item and cannot be returned. Very dishonest sizing on Macy’s part. It is marked the wrong size and I can’t do anything about it.
