Dress too big not properly sized

The dress is beautiful but the one I received was fully wrinkled as though someone dumped it in water then allowed it to dry. I bought a medium size and it is too big; I believe it is a large that was mislabeled: the straps fell off my shoulders and although I am about 5'7", the hem lands just above my ankles. Very disappointed. I can't even return it because it says final sale. A small is available, I will try customer service and see if they can switch it to the small.

Not a good fit

This dress was very nice in appearance, but the straps were not adjustable and so even though it fit well everywhere else, I had to return it.
