Nasty smelly items

I bought 3 different colors. Ordered on line and to pick up in the store. Blue and green items were bigger than a black one. Additionally all were really smelly, like were worned. I could not really get for myself any. How come? why to me? or Macys does this type of " pleasant presents" to everyone or anyone.

The jacket was torned

I bought this jacket on last Sunday and tried it on this Tuesday for the first time. And I found the jacket was torn. I couldn't wear it anymore because of shedding. I want to exchange the product.
