Odd bust design

This dress is beautiful in all ways but the chest area. I ordered both a 4 and 6, I am normal in chest area at 32B and both dresses were way too big in chest. So bummed. They will be returned. The model does not appear to be large chested so unsure what they did to make it appear like it fit so well.
