Beautiful with lots of ruffles

Beautiful gown, fabric is light but quality. There are a lot of ruffles so may be great for some just too much for me. Color is beautiful and bright.

Looks better on a taller person

This fabric is too much on a small frame. The dress wore me instead of me wearing the dress! On me, it kind of looked like I was wrapped in a beautiful bedspread. If you’re tall and thin, it’ll look a lot better on you than it did on me.

The dress is cut small. The cut is for junior not miss. Please use correct size label on items.

True to size. Looks exactly like the images online. Very elegant, but the slit adds a bit of a modern touch!

Zipper Nightmare x2

What a nightmare. I loved this dress and paid for it in the store, but the zipper was broken. They promised to ship out a new dress. I received a new dress with a broken zipper and that was the wrong size but the Macys tag had the size I ordered. I went back to Macy’s returned the dress with the broken zipper and wrong size. I tried on the same dress in my size and realized this was the same dress with the broken zipper from the first time I tried it on l. the team had not taken it out of circulation. They promised to mail me a new dress from the factory. I watched her mark both dresses as damaged. Guess which dress I got in the mail? I got the wrong sized/bad zipper dress with the damage slip stapled to it! I couldn’t believe it! I called customer service for a refund. I drove across San Antonio to return the dress in hopes I’d find another- with no luck. I was told that the money would be put back on my card. It’s not I then called Customerservice and they told me they would issue me a gift card which I asked them to put a credit on my bank card as there is nothing for me at Macy’s to buy, and I don’t want to buy anything at Macy’s at this point. I am waiting on a call back for them to be able to issue a credit somehow someway… We shall see.
