Defective part - not stable

Item came with defective part. I still am unable to get part of the legs to support the mattress causing the bed to sink

Disappointed with the material

This bed is made from very flimsy wood. Several pieces of the wood coating fell off while I was assembling it. Was disappointed to learn that Macy’s is selling something of such poor quality.

Looked great but arrived damaged

The back of the headboard side supports was hanging off. I contacted the company and did not get a response. Returned. Macy was great with the help.
