Wrong

I ordered this set the first time and didn’t receive it. Reordered the set and only received the pant. Trying explaining it to the customer rep but she didn’t understand what I was telling her. So I opted for a refund. Rep could only read the script that was given to her. Bad customer service.

INC Women Sweater Pant

Wonderful look, but one must be "waisty/big butt" to avoid pant from falling. Constantly had to pull them up at the waist which was already pulled up much higher than I preferred.

Misleading & Deceiving

This was advertised as a 2-piece set. When I called customer service, they apologized and scheduled a return and reordered the set for me. A month later I got the same pants that I has returned. Still no top!

False advertising. Not a set.

I contacted customer service after only receiving the pants. They asked me to return the pants and they'd send the set and I literally just received the pants again. They should honor their advertising or fix it. Annoying.
