Empty bag

My friend ordered it for me, and the package arrived empty. They only sent me a plastic bag and a dust bag, as if they were joking. I have video footage of me opening it at the office. It wasn't stolen during delivery, but they sent me an empty package. I've been shopping at Macy's for years, and this is the first time this has happened to me. I recommend checking the packaging person
