Not flattering

I wanted to like this dress, but I simply can’t! The material is almost see through, the whole design is questionable, funky sleeves cutouts with ruffles that makes it awkward . The whole design is very unflattering, looks like a long shirt rather than a dress. Very disappointing from a designer brand. It has to go back to.
