Most uncomfortable footwear

Great shoes,love them.

Loved the shoe quality and look however I bought too large a size and had to send back. Macys no longer had the size I needed so had to order correct size from another vendor.

Not Happy

I can’t review this item because I haven’t received it. I called Macy’s to report that and they gave me a choice of a refund or reshipment. I chose reshipment and was told it would take up to 11 days to investigate my claim. I am not satisfied with how this is being handled. I also do not understand why I got an email to review this item the day after I reported that I never received it.
