DO NOT BUY ONLINE FOR CHRISTMAS WITH MACYS.com

I bought two items online two weeks before Christmas. When I finally received my package one of the items was missing. On my account online it stated that both were delivered. I called customer service immediately and was told they would next day ship my missing item so that I could get it by Christmas. This was two days now and I checked the tracking online and now it says it was refunded. I tried following up with customer service but now only the automated system is available. I am beyond frustrated with this situation. Now I need to scramble to replace the gift. I will not be using Macy’s. Com in the future for Christmas gifts.

Beautiful

I got the blue shade and it does well with light and medium blues. The size is similar to a one carat stone. I wouldn't want it any smaller but actually find the size nice especially with a colored stone..
