Still Processing...

I ordered this cologne on March 6th for store delivery on March 11th. I went to the store today to pick up another perfume that was delivered on time, and no sign of the JoMalone. There was imventory at the store, so stock is not the issue. I tried the cologne in store and didn't like it. I called customer service immediately to cancel the order that has been processing since 3/6 and was told they couldn't cancel it. The agent told me to allow it to process, be delivered, and not pick it up. After 7 days of being at the store, the product would be returned and my money refunded. It doesn't make sense that they prefer to waste personnel time and money to pack it up, deliver it, charge it, and process a refund! 0 efficiency with this process.

Jo Malone Pear and Freeshia cologne

I love this! I have her Orange Blossom and am a faithful wearer, but I wanted to try another, and this scent is gorgeous too...my new go to. Light and springy and fresh.

Wrong scent shipped to me

Unfortunately, not able to review this particular scent because Macy’s shipped the wrong scent to me and English Pear and Freesia was no longer available. However, I was able to return the incorrect scent and received a refund.
