Sleeves too long and keyhole too big

I sized up based on reviews and I think I would like the fit better with my normal size. I am returning due to the fact that the sleeves fall past my knuckles and is just too long - not sure is sizing down would help. Also, there is a rather large keyhole that exposes my bra, and I would have to pin it closed to wear this.
