Not a size 7

Ordered a size 7 and it didn’t fit. The size was not correct or it was a toddler size? We could not figure it out? Waste of time and money. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Cute girls shirt but runs small. Had to return the medium which is the usual size my niece wears, for a large.
