Alarm tag still intact!!

I received my order yesterday and they forgot to remove the alarm tag!! Now I need to go to the store to have it removed!! Such a hassle macys!!!

The leather feels cheap. The bag they sent me looked like someone just threw it in the box and shipped it. This is unacceptable.

Elegant

Loved the color. I was expecting that since It’s a branded bag, it would come in nice coach box but they send in regular box. Bad packaging. I wish I could upload the photo but there’s no option for me to upload. I wonder why?

This is a well made and beautiful handbag. I’m so happy I caught it at Macy’s because Coach website does not carry this size only the smaller one.
