Due to migraines triggered by certain fragrances (especially floral notes), I tend to lean more towards unisex / masculine scents that are clean / woody. Ginger is my absolute favorite scent. I was excited to pick up this YSL fragrance hoping it would combine my favorite scents and would still be unisex enough for me to wear. Sadly, I cannot smell any ginger as the woodier notes completely overpower it. This was a miss for me personally.

I own everything from Chanel BDC , the whole Dior collection of Sauvage and this new Ysl absolute is my fav. The smells is intoxicating. I just love it . We need the 6.8oz option . The bottle needs redone cause all chrome looks cheap and horrible but the smell is great.

The smell is amazing and it lasts a very long time about 8 to 10 hours long if you spray it on your neck and skin.

I really loved this perfume, it has a fresh and very pleasant scent. You can definitely notice some citrusy notes—almost like orange—which makes it feel clean and uplifting. My son liked it a lot too. He even says it smells like orange 🍊, and sometimes he asks me to put a little on him before going to school, and he’s only 7 years old. It’s a beautiful fragrance that feels fresh, slightly sweet, and very enjoyable to wear. Definitely one I would recommend.
