Poor construction. Do not buy.

This is the worst backpack I have ever gotten for my kid. I made the mistake of buying two in different styles for both of my kids and they are both already damaged. Not even half way through the school year and the strap is already coming off. The phones are cheap and useless. Previous backpacks I got from Macys lasted at least two years.
