Unfortunately the top straw end was unraveled not fastened. I returned the bag.

Macys Shipping Needs to Learn to Package Shipments

Received handbag in a Macys box that I knew was quite a bit smaller than the handbag. When I opened the box, the handbag was stuffed inside without full handbag packing to keep its shape. I am sure handbags from Ralph Lauren are not packaged like I received it. Handbag has a nice appearance, but I don't think this can be corrected and there are no more online. This is far beyond irritating from Macys!

Doesn’t hold shape

The purse is not lined and doesn’t hold shape, the bottom is a piece of cardboard. Cost 175.00, not worth the money. I will probably return it

Great design and comfortable to wear

This straw bag is exactly what I was looking for as a go to everyday straw bag. It was hard to find. Leave it to Ralph Lauren to make this perfectly designed bag. Beautiful!
