The shirt was great. My issues are with the lack of service at the pick up area. I called 3 times and no one picked up the phone when I called (the website was down). When I went inside to the pick up, 2 going ladies were chatting and looking at something on their phones. I understand the importance of camaraderie at work but not at the expense of service.
