beautiful dress but problem with sizing
I'm pretty familiar with this brand so ordered it in size Medium which I usually buy when I shop directly at Desigual website (their sizes typically are on a smaller side). The dress I received was in size Large, The invoice stated that it was Large . First I thought that it was just a mistake, so I returned it and re-ordered in size Medium again. But the second dress once again came in size Large, and now I suspect it is not by mistake. It appears that the vendor just assumes to send you a larger size (from what you ordered) if you order through Macy's website. Once again I have to return this dress to Macy's. Since I do like this dress a lot, I just re-ordered again, but this time in size Small, hoping that they will finally send me the right size. There has to be a better system with sizing for this brand as opposed to just assuming and sending customers larger sizes that were not ordered.

No to the Dress
Admittedly, I should have paid attention to the reviews, but I was so excited to find a dress with this vibrant purple pattern, I ignored one of the most important assessments, “sizing”. Another important point, this was my first time ordering/realizing this label as I predominantly order LAUREN from Macy’s as I know my fit for each item type I am 5’2” and thus a non-petite mini dress usually hits me just above the knee The dress arrived and I was so excited as I had already styled it for an upcoming event The first thing I noticed that the tag said XL which was was labeled over a M - I ordered a L Dress was beautiful fabric good quality, but when I tried it on it was a Temo nightmare! I immediately put it back into the package and entered a return online Something told me that it was best to return the package directly to the store and I am glad I did because they gave me a hard time because the item label did not match the receipt In any event this brand is off my list
