Insert fell out

Looked ok initially. Tested the powder. Second time I opened it the powder mate insert fell out. The binding glue didn’t stick. Also very a very thin amount.

Horrible

I had been using 3c2 for years. I had ordered it but not opened it until after the 30 day return date. I opened it and immediately noticed how dark it was. I looked and it said 3c2, I tried it and it's awful. Dark!!! Unusable, waste of money. Fast forward a few months I contacted Custer assistant and asked for the correct color to replace 3c2 and ordered it. Nope, it's way too light so this time they didn't get my $$, I'm returning it.

Formula not right

I purchased this item during a promotion that advertised a matching Double Wear foundation. Unfortunately, the 'matching foundation' was a small sample sachet rather than a standard bottle, which I found misleading. Additionally, the powder shade appears darker than previous versions; despite using it with the same Futurist foundation as before, the final result is noticeably deeper. Overall, a disappointing experience.
