New shoes with worn heels

The shoes are very pretty with soft brown leather. The fit is good for loafers. The leather is so soft that they don’t come off the back stay. THE ONLY PROBLEM I have is that I think Macys sold me a floor model. They look like if someone had tried them on many times. The right shoe has the sides of the bottom heel worn. They are not scuffed from street or hard surface use but definitely used in the store. I kept them because I got a good deal. Be careful with Macys.

The pants are great, but the customer service I received was even better! Ash from Polo went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She was very patient and gave me all the help I needed. I wish every sales person at Macy's was just like her. She made my shopping experience so easy, I will definitely be back to shop at Macy's and Polo.
