Beautiful blue dress

This dress is so flattering! Such light fabric without being see through. I believe it’s a winner for many different shapes too! I’m pear shaped, 5’1, fluctuating between 150-155lbs and it made my waist look smaller! The royal blue is bold but works on many skin tones too. I recommend for formal events, celebrations, dinners etc…I look forward to wearing it at my event.
