TERRIBLE

I had the exact same issue. Ordered the dress and it never shipped. Have tried to resolve through Macy's multiple times only to be met with horrendous customer service. My credit card shows a pending charge however. TERRIBLE customer service Macy's. I will never order another product on your website again.

Never shipped!

Ordered and it was never shipped!!! Shipping label was created a week ago and the dress is just sitting saying it will be here tomorrow, horrible service!
