Cute but not size compared

Wanted to like. The medium width is too narrow to be medium. It is a narrow width. Had to return

Stiff Zippers

I could not unzip the zippers. Need to unzip in order to put them on as they are not slip on boots. Even my husband had a tough time with both shoes. Returning them because not worth the time and hassle it takes to zip and unzip.

Cute shoes but run big

I ordered my usual size 8 Medium. I think a 7 1/2 would have been a better fit, and I feel like the width was more on the wide side than the medium size. Other than the size they are exactly what I was looking for.
