wrong item

I ordered a Vance Co.Men's Phineas Comfort Penny Loafer Dress Shoe size 12W and I got Cardiffs Lace up, square toe shoe size 10M. I need some help and of course you can't talk to a person. I have called twice and both times after going through the entire automated system and told to hold on only to get hung up on.
