Received Jackets Balled-up in a Little Bag

I would have given this Donna Karan jacket 5 Stars but it was sent to me balled-up in a tiny bag. Not one but 2 jackets I ordered were both folded and balled-up in this little bag. They were so wrinkled they were unwearable. So disappointed, I was waiting for the jacket to wear on vacation. What type of Employee would ball-up 2 jackets and stuff them in a tiny bag. I wish you could see the pictures of the jackets they looked like something that should be thrown away. I did get in touch with the Store Manager where the jackets were shipped from. He was very apologetic and disappointed in the Employees little regard for the Customer and the Merchandise. He is currently trying to get me a new jacket shipped to me in time for my vacation. So frustrating and time consuming. I sent pictures of the Donna Karan jackets to the Store Manager to let him see first hand what deplorable condition they were in. On his behalf he is trying very hard to rectify this obvious disregard for your Customer.

Beautiful Jacket

Gorgeous jacket, but it runs a little smaller around the waist than I expected. It isn't so much that I will return it, but it is worth noting. It is beautiful.
