Wrong item sent

I ordered a Large, short sleeve, navy blue Tommy top and received a 2XL, long sleeve, white top. And then I had to go through the return process and even drive to drop it off when it was their fault.

OUTRAGES MACYS SHIPMENT

I placed an online order for several items, including the Tommy White blouse, on July12, 2025. The items arrived in separate shipments. The blouse was shipped from Peabody, Massachusetts. When I opened the bag, I found the blouse bundled up like a ball, which indicated that something was wrong. Unfortunately, it had black marks on it, as if it had been stuck on a conveyor belt. Macy's, how can you send this to customers? Your quality is unacceptable. I will never shop at Macy's again!
