Cheap Looking! Multiple stones missing!

They sent me a used set which was a whole hot mess tucked in this plastic bag which was sealed. There was a a hole where a loose rhinestone was sitting, with some pieces of weird looking trash it confetti, so that was my first clue, but more stones were missing once I lifted the necklace. The stones were not in the bag which means it was shipped to me like this. Very upset this was a waste of a purchase I used my star rewards on.
