not abiding by its size

Although I ordered the size 10, this just arrived and it is HUGE. the width and length is more like size 12 or even 14 rather than 10. I am very disappointed. Usually the Calvin Klein size 10 dresses I buy are exactly my size and sit perfectly on my body. This one looks like I am wearing my grandma's dress.
