plastic handle beautiful bag

The bag itself is beautiful, however the strap is white and gold plastic appearing cheap. It didn't match the bag. I am really disappointed because I love Brahmin bags and their quality. Change the strap and it would be a beautiful bag. Overall rating is a 3; would give the bag a 5 and the strap a 1

Highly Concerned

Brahman is a high end brand that was treated horribly, The wallet and bag was thrown in a plastic bag and dropped in a box. No packing or cushion at all. I requested a replacement that was treated the same way. I returned both. Shame on Macys for allowing this!

Brahmin Mod Esme Denim
