Runs Small

This jacket I purchased in a size 14 is actually probably two sides are smaller. The arms are very tight. The shoulders are tight. I would not order this jacket again. It runs extremely small and not to size. I’m just wondering if the final sale has anything to do with the fact that this jacket was not selling based on Not fitting to size. Very disappointed.
