I ordered on 9/4 it got delayed and said it would be here 9/15 and it has still not arrived

What's with the Smell?

No issues with the outfit itself, but the PERFUMY SMELL is atrocious! It is not specific to this order as the same outfit I returned also smelled. WHY?
