Love this!

Love this dress! The fabric is a bit on the heavy side which is great because the dress moves really well. I would call it a "swing dress". It's very very comfortable and fun to wear. The ruffles on the sleeves and hem are what make it really work.

Darling dress

Dress is so cute and fits well but super heavy as it has many layers to bottom ruffles - i had to return it. love CeCe clothes though
