Great design but used purse sent

I loved this design and immediately ordered this from Macy's. First, it took forever to ship. Then when I received it after over 12 days, the purse was torn on the outside, dirty inside and missing the beautiful charm that shows on the picture here. I went to a store to physically complain and return it. I was not happy with this purchase and would definitely have second thoughts about ordering anything from Macy's online. Buyers beware.
