No good material

Dress is cute ! If you are petite this dress might be too long for you. Material looks very cheap. However, I don’t think you can ask more for the price.

Not the CeCe I know and love

Had high hopes for this dress. But first, the overall quality is terrible. The fabric feels like cheap sheet material and it looks cheap, too. Worse yet, is the fit. It comes WAY down under the arms...not at all like in the picture...it exposes everything. It is also way too big across the chest. I ordered my usual size L in CeCe but this fits like an XXXL! I am surprised that CeCe would make such a poor quality and ill-fitting garment. It's going back!
