It feels very cheap

I feel the quality of this skirt does not match the price tag. I saw another review and said the same thing. The material feels cheap and isn't very flattering, I still like the idea of the piece and think I can make it work with oversized, sweaters, and tights. It just feels like maybe a $15 $20 skirt.

The material looks cheap, lots of loose strings. It has an elastic band for the waist giving no shape to your hips. I returned irt
