Product defective.

Unfortunately, I was so excited to receive the pillow, I removed the tag before I examined it; trusting Macys. When I turned the pillow over there were two spots on the front, one was yellow and one was grayish black. My mom gave me a beautiful 12 days of Christmas quilt which I have on my couch. I was going to put the pillow with the quilt. I was so disappointed the pillow had two spots on it. Why didn't someone inspect the pillow before sending it to me. I am so sad.
