Way too big and not returnable

I ordered a smaller size (4) than normal and when I received it, I should have gotten four slices smaller. It hangs around my neck. The back is loose. It’s way too low for my boobs. It’s not returnable. I didn’t realize that when I ordered it so that’s on me, but I wouldn’t suggest it doesn’t look anything like the pictures. At least not on me.
