Love this scent

One of my favorite scents for summer. Oil is not heavy, and fragrance is not overpowering.

Not what I ordered. I ordered Basil and Neroli.

I did not approve of this scent. I told the Chatbot I wanted Basil and Neroli Bath Wash. I didn't pay attention until I smelled it in the shower....WOW! TOO STRONG! I looked at the product, and saw it was incorrect. I asked about retuning it and the gentleman said it cannot be more than 10% used. If you've ordered mail order liquids, you know they are NEVER FILLED TO THE BRIM, DUE TO EXPANSION DURING SHIPPING. I asked about this discrepancy, would get the product returned if I did not meet the 10%, and do not get a CREDIT "NO" . Okay, can I get the product returned so I can donate it? "NO". So you keep my money, and my product? Is that even ethical??? No response.
