Possible counterfeit

When this gift set arrived, the box was not sealed in plastic which raised a red flag based upon reports of customers substituting fragrances for counterfeits and retuning them. Both Macy's customer service and the store confirmed that the item should be sealed. Customer service initiated a return and sent a replacement. However, the replacement was also not sealed. From watching YouTube videos demonstrating how to spot fakes, the items I received appear to be counterfeit (although I am not an expert). I am left with having to take the effort to return both items plus was left without a holiday gift for my wife!
