Wrong order delivered need refund or exchange
I ordered a size 10 but the dress delivered is not near size 10, it is XXS. I take size 10, and Macy's size chart attached to this item on macys.com confirms the measurements for size 10 are bust 37, waist 30.25, hips 40. Yet, the dress I received measures bust 34, waist 30, hips 34. XXS is closest size to those measurements according to Macy's size chart. Unwearable. Very disappointed. Although it is a last act sale, since I did not receive the dress I purchased, I believe a refund or exchange is due to me.
Clearance (damaged dress)
Received the dress with a broken bottom and pockets that were ripped.

Sizing off
This dress is too thick, too short, too small. Besides that, the buttons are beautiful. order a size up. I’m 57 and it was really too short for anything work related. Maybe a shower? Returned
Not great quality
I was very excited about this dress. The pictures online make it look very sophisticated and luxurious, but it is poorly made and cheap in person. I sadly had to return it.
