When a blind purchase goes wrong.

I tried to like it but No!!!! I like JPG but I could not digest the smell of this fragrance. I returned immediately for it was a blind purchase. I eventually purchased Scandal from another retailer and eventually I will purchase Divine. I’m waiting on JPG 2026 release of scandal.

Never shopping at Macys

I never received this product yet I get an email o make a review. Well here it is. This is the absolutely worse customer service experience I’ve had. My order went from “out for. Delivery” to “on the way”. It’s been a week and I’m being told to “kindly have patience “, after I explained that ups said they don’t know what happen and Macys needs to open an investigation for the to look further into it. I’ve spoken to two reps at Macys and they’re trying to tell me there’s a delivery date where nothing is updating and even ups doesn’t have a date on their end. I want a refund expeditiously , I will buy this elsewhere
