Ordered and never received

I ordered these shoes December 9, 2025. When I looked to see if they were going to be delivered on time I was told December 19. Then when they didn’t come, I tried calling Macy’s and Macy’s told me that once they leave their location I have to call UPS which I did several times I tried to chat with UPS. Nobody ever responded to me. I continued to look all it said was your order is delayed. I kept looking at the order status and then it says that the order was delivered December 10. I’ve never received the shoes nor can I get anybody to help me figure out what happened to them. I paid for them and I want them and I don’t have them.
