I received this package today and opened the neck cream which didn’t have a top protector on it. It looked like someone put their fingers in it and used ihalf of it

Neck cream was like hard wax

Tried to use it. Not really usable. The peptide plumper cream had a very strong menthol smell. I washed it off after a couple of hours. It was also very drying. Haven't tried serum or patches yet.
