not rea cologne

I always look for my cologne said; eua perfume make sure is oily! this one is total difference at what I order I can't see it is not real perfume is watery and doesn't last long and I never see it another lenaguaje except then English come in the box ......I think is fake cologne and Macy's do this to a customer that they don't know and charge overpriced ,..........
